Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website (dgtl-t.com) and of apps published by DGTL-T ("we", "us"). By using the website or our apps, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

DGTL-T is a software company based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Our contact and company details are listed on our Legal page.

2. Our apps and app stores

Our apps are distributed through app stores, currently Apple's App Store. On the App Store, your use of an app is covered by Apple's standard end user license agreement and by these terms, unless the app comes with its own license agreement. If the two conflict, the app's license agreement wins. When our apps become available on other stores, such as Google Play, that store's terms apply in the same way.

Purchases, in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store and fall under its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled by the app store.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or our apps. You may not try to gain unauthorised access to them, interfere with how they work, or use them in violation of applicable laws.

You may not copy, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise try to extract the source code of our apps, or create derivative works based on them. The only exception is the limited situations where mandatory law gives you this right regardless of these terms, such as decompiling to achieve interoperability under the EU Software Directive. Even then, you must first ask us for the information you need at info@dgtl-t.com, and you may only use it for that purpose.

4. Intellectual property

DGTL-T owns the apps it publishes and everything that comes with them. That includes app names, app icons, logos, screenshots, artwork, designs, text, code and the content of this website. All of it is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Using our apps doesn't give you ownership of any of it. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reuse our app icons, artwork or other materials without our written permission, except where the law allows it. If you'd like to use our materials, for example for press or a review, email us.

5. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the website and our apps available and working well, but we cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and our apps are provided "as is", and DGTL-T is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
