Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This policy explains what personal data DGTL-T ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or use our apps, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The controller for the processing described in this policy is:
DGTL-T
Keurenplein 41, Box D8515
1069 CD Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Email: info@dgtl-t.com
2. Our website
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, your browser automatically sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website securely and to prevent abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only for a short period.
Privacy-friendly analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit our pages. It does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you. Visitors are counted using a hash of the incoming request that changes every day, so you cannot be tracked across days or across other websites. We rely on our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and does not embed third-party advertising or social media trackers. Fonts are served from our own server.
3. When you contact us
If you email us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message to answer your question and provide support (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to two years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Our apps
What our apps collect
Our apps collect what they need to work. What you create in an app is stored on your device and, where the app offers it, in your own cloud account (for example iCloud), which is covered by that provider's privacy policy. We don't show third-party ads in our apps and we don't sell your personal data.
Ad measurement
We advertise our apps on platforms such as TikTok. To find out which campaigns lead to people installing and using our apps, some of our apps include measurement tools from those platforms, such as the TikTok Events SDK. With your permission, these tools can share events like "app installed", "app opened" or "purchase made" with the ad platform, together with a device or advertising identifier, your IP address and basic device information such as model and OS version.
We only do this with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). On iOS, the app asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you say no, we don't share your advertising identifier or use this data to track you. You can change your mind at any time in your device settings (on iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
The ad platform processes this data under its own privacy policy as well. For TikTok, see the TikTok Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the app store you buy through, such as Apple's App Store. We never see your payment details. The app store gives us sales reports and anonymised statistics.
App-specific information
Every app also has a privacy label on its app store page that lists the data it collects. If an app does anything beyond what's described here, its page on this website will say so before it's released.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We only share personal data with service providers who help us run our business, such as our hosting and email providers, and, if you have agreed to it, with the advertising platforms described in section 4. We only share what's needed for the purpose. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example for ad measurement.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@dgtl-t.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restricted to people who need it.
8. Children
Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced on this website.
